Leadership Series 2024
Overview
Organizations that invest in people and develop leaders are more likely to succeed. Recruitment and retention become easier and less costly when there is good leadership at every level within the organization.
This program identifies a leadership series designed to increase effectiveness. Each topic takes best practice data and translates it into actionable behaviors and skills that equip individuals to grow personally and professionally.
During the series a teach-back schedule is created. At the start of each session members are assigned to offer teach backs to the group from the prior session’s content. This is to ensure participants are bringing the learning full circle and applying it to their work and inspiring others. This has been integral to the program’s success.
Launch and graduation sessions will take place in addition to the 10 sessions in the series. This enables our team to create formal bookends for the experience. The goal of the launch session is to emphasize and highlight the program and expectations. The graduation session offers opportunity to recognize and celebrate the accomplishments of each person. The creation and presentation of a formal certificate between VR/sponsoring organization and the participant offers a way for the participants to formalize their participation and completion of the program.
Each participant receives a leather three-ring binder sectioned off by session topics. This allows them to build a toolkit as they advance through the program.
Each session runs from 1:30-4:00 PM EST and fall on the following dates. August 8 & 22, September 12 & 26, October 3, 17 & 31 ,November 14 & 21, December 5.
Cadence has limited impact on scheduled work while offering optimum engagement and adequate opportunity for application.
